HubWeek is all about bringing together creative and inventive minds from across disciplines, and inviting everyone to be a part of Greater Boston's innovation ecosystem. With our revamped Open Doors event series, presented by BNY Mellon, we're celebrating the innovation happening in different corners of this city – places where new ideas are percolating, businesses are emerging, and communities are growing — and we want you to be a part of it. Each month, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at a new neighborhood and a unique opportunity to experience the impactful work being done there at the intersection of art, science, and technology.
We kicked off the series on May 20 in North Station, where TripAdvisor, Converse, CBT Architects, Rapid7, the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine, and Night Shift Brewery opened their doors for a series of panel discussions, tours, activities, and meet-ups focused on the theme of big data.
Open Doors will be taking place in five more neighborhoods throughout the next few months, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to explore a new area, or discover more about the innovation taking place in your own backyard. We're excited to announce the full schedule of upcoming Open Doors events:
May 20: North Station
June 17: Union Square, Somerville (registration open now!)
July 10: Kendall Square, Cambridge
August 19: East Boston
September 9: Dudley Square, Roxbury
November 4: Allston/Brighton
Registration for each session will open a few weeks prior to the event. Follow us on Twitter for the most up-to-date information.
